Sample Reports
You will find the documentation we provide on every inspection to be
second to none!
We use a software packaged developed specifically for professional
inspectors. What makes us different is we utilize the entire
package and every available option. Many inspectors will skip
over many of the pages available because it means entering more data
and taking more photos. We provide the complete report that
the software is capable of - they only items that are not included are
those that are specifically not applicable to your inspection - things
like swimming pool reports, deck reports, barn reports, etc.
These are actual sample reports, with the address and personal
information either deleted or blurred out. You'll see that
each report is between 9 and 28 pages long. We provide both a
hard copy and an electronic copy of your report.
